Our PRE-ACADEMY Program is a CONTINUATION of our Intro To Futsal program still using futsal in their early stage of development.
Our pre-academy teams will experience futsal training 1x per week as well as 1x outdoor practice per week.
The program focuses on ball mastery and manipulation through close control in live play. Players will learn and practice the game of Futsal as a form of development thru higher level of intensity and speed of play.
This program serves as a preparation for our Academy Program.
Players will have access to all of our coaching staff on weekly basis. During tournament/game play, coaches will be assigned to a team. All programs are monitored and designed by Directors and coaching staff. At this stage in development, we begin to see level of players fluctuate and will adjust rosters as needed. Every player that is accepted into our FESC Programs are automatically part of the CLUB and not a TEAM therefore be prepared to participate in different age groups and levels. This is done to maximize and enhance individual player development.

Our ACADEMY Program is a CONTINUATION of our PRE-ACADEMY Program.
Players should be familiar with the ball and UNDERSTANDING of the game by this stage. Teams have either 1 or 2 more years prior to starting their 11v11 experience in which they will lose constant contact with the ball. Our coaches will still focus on the individual players development but with a greater emphasis on building team concepts and behaviors.
This program serves as a preparation for our Competitive Program.
Players will have access to all of our coaching staff on weekly basis. During tournament/game play, coaches will be assigned to a team. All programs are monitored and designed by Directors and coaching staff. At this stage in development, players have shown their commitment to the game and their development outside of practice. Every player that is accepted into our FESC Programs are automatically part of the CLUB and not a TEAM therefore be prepared to participate in different age groups and levels. This is done to maximize and enhance individual player development.

Teams will now experience state league, US CLUB NATIONAL CUP and showcase competitions. Players should be looking forward to college soccer and will participate in college PREPARATORY workshops.
Players will have access to all of our coaching staff on weekly basis. During tournament/game play, coaches will be assigned to a team. All programs are monitored and designed by Directors and coaching staff.
State league rosters will be set while Showcase Rosters will fluctuate.
